Ahh, funny. I just sent this to my uncle who's a graphic artist and has designed aromatherapy necklace pamphlets and tags for me. I'm really hoping I wasn't like this.
His term for this is trying to fit 5 pounds of jam into a 4 pound jar.
OMG! As a marketing manager, I try to avoid doing this to my agency but I'm often subject to the whims of the powers that be. That's when I'm calling the agency saying "Don't kill the messenger but ..."
